a 6-Week Drop-In Series
This six week drop-in series is designed to meet the unique needs of Emergency Responders. Each class will include breathwork, modifications and advanced options to not only build resilience, but to improve strength, flexibility and ease common pain conditions.
No prior experience is needed. And you don't have to be flexible!.
We are here to make your yoga experience beneficial and enjoyable.
Oct. 27: Yoga for Back Pain
Nov. 3: Yoga for Lower Body Strength
Nov. 10: Yoga for Upper Body Strength
Nov. 17: Yoga for Relaxation
Nov. 24: Yoga for Hip Flexibility
Dec. 1: Yoga for Core Stability
INFO: Early registration is recommended, but not necessary. Please arrive to class 10 minutes early to set up and sign in. Yoga mats and additional props are available at the studio for your comfort. (If you have your own yoga mat you are encouraged to bring it with you.)
Please avoid wearing colognes, perfumes, etc., as it can distract other participants.
Dress in form fitting, but comfortable workout clothes; and bring a bottle of water and small towel for your comfort.
