4-Week Kids/Tween Yoga Series

This 3-session, retreat-style camp will leave your girls feeling:
energized, yet relaxed
as they approach 2019 and the second half of the school year.
Each day, students will practice:
yoga postures for overall health and flexibility
meditation techniques for focus
relaxation skills to manage anxiety
stress management strategies for balance.
They will learn how to set attainable goals and create positive intentions with a Goal and Vision Board Project. They will also make an affirmation bracelet to anchor what they have learned.
No experience is needed and the camp is designed for all physical abilities.
9a - 10a: Centering Circle (Check In), Asana/Movement
10 - 10:15: Healthy Snack, Nutrition + Juicing
10:15 - 11:15: Vision Board/Affirmation Bracelet Craft Project
11:15 - 11:45: Acro + Partner Yoga
11:45 - 12: Relaxation, Meditation and Closing Circle
$150 first child, $100 second child.
Price includes art project supplies and healthy snack.

These one-to-one or family sessions incorporate both dialog and movement.
Anxiety and Stress
Taking a trauma-informed approach, children and teens
customized session including various therapeutic interventions including psycho-education, therapeutic counseling and movement therapy.
Many times the sessions are combined with the parents. Stress and behavioral issues don't evolve in a vacuum. They are part of the family system. So working to make healthy positive changes as a family.

This is a therapeutic group for elementary school boys and girls learning to adapt their ADD/ADHD brain to our culture and lifestyle.
Kids will learn how to regulate their unique mind and body in our fast-passed, tech-obsessed, sedentary culture.
Using yoga, movement, meditation and other skills, they will learn how to adapt to social norms, regulate behavior and emotions, recognize urges and manage sensory issues.
5 Student Limit Per Group
